The Wales Center Volunteer Fire Company is now compiling a list of names and addresses for all persons interested in obtaining tickets by mail for future events. To participate, simply fill out the address form below. When the Fire Company schedules another event, a ticket purchase form will be mailed to you. You are under no obligation to purchase any tickets. The purchase form will list the event, the prizes, and the ticket cost. There will also be a return deadline date shown.

If you wish to purchase one or more tickets to the event, complete the sample ticket stubs on the purchase form. Fill out a separate stub for each ticket desired. If necessary, photocopies of the form are acceptable. After the form has been completed, send the purchase form and a check or money order to the Wales Center Volunteer Fire Company, PO Box 124, Wales Center, NY 14169-0124. Make checks payable to Wales Center Volunteer Fire Company; please do not send cash. Upon receipt of your order, we will fill out an actual ticket, retain the stub, and return the admittance portion to you.

Forms received after the return deadline may not be able to be honored. All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to ticket availability.
